Dooba Web Design provides website design, development, and ongoing management services on a subscription basis. All services are subject to these Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.
"Unlimited edits" refers to reasonable requests to update text, images, and minor design adjustments on your website. Large redesigns, new pages, or custom functionality may require additional fees. We reserve the right to define what constitutes a reasonable request.
Upon full payment, you own the content and custom design elements created specifically for your website. We retain ownership of any pre-existing templates, tools, or frameworks used in the build.
We may terminate or suspend your subscription immediately if you breach these terms. Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period, after which it may be taken offline.
Dooba Web Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
